A Farm~to~Bar Family Operation
Growing cacao enables a practice of agricultural forestry; maintaining forests of native trees while planting cacao and coffee together with vanilla and black pepper vines, among the undergrowth.
At Finca Flor de la Vida, we take the cacao through the whole process: from tree to chocolate bar.
We have 6 flavors, all featuring ingredients grown and processed on the farm:

- Candied Orange Zest
- Crystalized Ginger and Turmeric
- Aji Picante with Pink Salt
- Crushed Coffee Bean
- Toasted Coconut
